Kusum's teaching interests lie at the cusp of quantitative methods and marketing strategy. For well over a decade, she taught the Statistics for Managers course in the core MBA program earning evaluations at or very near the top for all core faculty. She continues to teach a high-demand elective in Marketing Research. She has developed two new electives over the years, one on Marketing Strategy and the other on Multi-Channel Route-to-Market. The latter, which she currently teaches, is both highly subscribed and highly regarded. Kusum has also taught programs in marketing strategy in several of Tuck's general, specialized, and custom executive programs. She designed and developed the marketing course for Tuck's Online Bridge (TM) program. She has been named one of the school's "outstanding faculty" in Business Week's survey of the top B-schools.
