The Glassmeyer/McNamee Center for Digital Strategies (CDS) brings together executives, academics and students to examine the role of digital strategies in creating competitive advantage, and to advance the theory and practice of management in a networked economy. We explore the impact of technology and innovation on management and strategy, including changes to product development, supply chain, marketing and business model transformation. We also address issues throughout the extended enterprise including globalization, information security, outsourcing, organizational change and process-transformation. Through these efforts we foster thought-leadership and develop best practices.
Prof. Alva Taylor is the third Faculty Director of the Center. The founding director was Philip Anderson–currently the INSEAD Alumni Fund Chaired Professor of Entrepreneurship and Professor of Entrepreneurship; followed by M. Eric Johnson–currently the Dean of Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management.
