The FIVE Project aims to accelerate and broaden the reach of research on firm and industry evolution and related areas of entrepreneurship. The FIVE Project has obtained commitments from a number of scholars of industry evolution to make their data freely available on this website, along with documentation. These data sets are industry-specific, and include annual data on the firms and products in each industry, often over long time periods.
