New Leadership Course for MBAs. With Jennifer Chatman. A newly designed MBA core course that provides students with personalized feedback about their leadership potential. Fall 2006.
Organization Audit. A field project integrated within the full time MBA Organizational Behavior core course to allow students to apply theoretical frameworks to the real problems faced by managers and organizations. More than 200 organizations participated between 2003 and 2006, including private and public and profit and not-for profit organizations. 2003-2006.
