ABOUT

Gail Taylor has taught at the Tuck School of Business since 2000. She served as Faculty Director of the Tuck Business Bridge Program from 2011-2015. Previously, Professor Taylor taught at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University, and the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia.

Her research interests are non-traditional retail promotions, services marketing, and marketing communication.
